Registration is open to individuals who meet the age and eligibility requirements of our programs. Players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration process and sign all required guarantor forms. Team Owners registering on behalf of teams must provide accurate information about themselves and their team members.

Team Owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any misuse of the platform, including false information or fraudulent activity, may result in account suspension or termination.

Team Owners are responsible for ensuring that all players and their parents/guardians complete and submit the required forms. Participation in our programs is subject to approval by the admin, which may include verification of guarantor forms and other documentation.

You may use the website and platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the website, interfere with other users, or disrupt the functionality of the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website or platform at any time without prior notice.

All content on the website, including logos, images, text, and forms, is the property of Jaaron Sports & Wellness Expo Initiative and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Participation in our programs is at the player’s own risk. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safety, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may occur during training, matches, or events. By registering, parents/guardians and team owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaaron Sports & Wellness Expo Initiative, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or participation at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, submission of false information, or failure to provide required guarantor forms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of the website or participation in programs shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.

Team owners will not be suspended without just cause. We are committed to fair treatment and will only take disciplinary action when there is clear evidence of policy violations or misconduct.
